Where do I pick up the rental car?+
We meet you near Alicante airport (ALC) or at the Costavia office in Ciudad Quesada. If you need a different location, send us a message — we'll do our best to accommodate.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?+
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver's licence for at least one year. Younger drivers may incur a surcharge — contact us for details.
Is a deposit required?+
In most cases we do not require a deposit — this depends on the car and rental period, and is always clarified before you confirm.
Is insurance included?+
Yes, every rental includes Spanish third-party liability insurance. Extended coverage with a lower excess is available as an add-on.
Can I drop the car off at a different location?+
Yes, between our regular locations (Alicante airport and Ciudad Quesada). Any one-way fee is disclosed before you confirm.
What do I need to rent a car?+
A valid driver's licence, passport or ID, and a confirmed request with Costavia. We accept licences issued in any EEA country as well as international permits.
